What is Agave AI?

"Agave AI" connects AI to your Project Management (PM) and ERP data. It lets you ask questions in plain English and receive clear, structured answers drawn from the systems you already use. The connection is read-only, so it can never change your data.

How does the tool work?

Behind the scenes, Agave AI uses state of the art LLMs to interpret queries you pass it and pull the relevant data from Agave, which has access to the source systems you grant Agave access to.

What data does Agave MCP have access to?

Agave AI can read data from source systems (e.g. your ERP, PM system) that you have granted Agave access to, including any filters applied on your behalf. Sensitive information such as employee records has been explicitly excluded and cannot be queried.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Neither Agave nor the LLMs it uses will use your data to train their AI models.

Will the tool change my data?

No. Agave AI is strictly read-only. It cannot create, update, or delete records in your source systems. Write capabilities will never be enabled without your explicit permission.
