Templates
Templates are report starters curated by Agave — proven report designs you can build on your own data in a couple of clicks, instead of writing a prompt from scratch.
Versions
Every report keeps a full history of versions, numbered from 1. You can compare, restore, and pin versions — nothing you generate is ever lost by iterating.
Sharing & Permissions
Reports are private to their creator until shared. You can share with specific teammates, or with your whole team at once, with a role controlling what each person can do. Folders have sharing settings too — see Sharing a folder below.
Organizing Reports
As your team's report library grows, folders, stars, the Official badge, and the All reports toolbar keep everything findable.
Usage Analytics
The AI Analytics tab on your admin dashboard shows how your team is using Agave AI — how much is being built, who's building it, and which reports people actually open. It's the place to look before a cleanup, when deciding which reports deserve the Official badge, or when reviewing whether your team is getting value from its seats.
