Seat management

The Users page now shows how many Agave AI seats your team has assigned, and how many are left.
An AI Dashboard seats card displays a usage meter for each kind of seat:
- Power users — teammates who can create, edit, and delete reports.
- View only — teammates who can open reports shared with them and star them.
Each meter shows assigned seats against your limit, and the counts update as you assign roles. If your plan doesn't cap view-only access, that meter simply reports no limit.
To make someone a power user, create a role in Roles & Permissions that grants the Edit AI Dashboard permission, then assign that role to them.
Seat limits are managed by Agave — talk to your Account Manager if you need to change them. Learn more →
